More clearly though, he’s not hating on actual artisan products that are actually made using traditional methods like the people profiled in the linked New York Magazine cover article; he’s hating on macroproducers like Dunkin Donuts and Domino’s appropriating the word “artisan” and using it disingenuously to move product.
