FRIDAY
7:30pm: experience jj abrams’ new show alcatraz as an interactive bank heist investigation event where you help solve the mystery while exploring three levels of the historic williamsburg savings bank. 1 hanson place, free.

8pm (thru sat): eco-friendly fashion, live tunes, theatre and dance are combined for the tenth annual williamsburg fashion weekend. free gift bag for the first 100 attendees each night. glasslands, $10.

8pm: otis day + the knights (animal house) turn brooklyn bowl into a frat house. free entry with a toga before 8pm, $15.

9pm doors:$3 brooklyn beer will flow at overflow magazine + the skint’s hot winter romp in gowanus: warm up your february with bhangra courtesy of international performer dj rekha, balkan brass via the raya brass band, and soul sounds from djs treetop + shinobi. littlefield, $7.

SATURDAY
8pm:
cozy gowanus bar halyards celebrates its one-year anniversary with a party full of games (pool, jenga!), snacks, and a free keg of brooklyn radius

8pm: the lindsey buckingham appreciation society performs fleetwood mac’s 1982 album mirage in its entirety at littlefield, $12,

8pm: observatory celebrates its third anniversary with a fundraiser party that includes art, a ‘moon phantasmagoria’ show, screenings from the midnight archive, raffles, giveaways, free absinthe, more. $20.

midnight: john carpenter’s cult hit big trouble in little china (1986) screens at indiescreen, $10.

SUNDAY
8pm: wasabassco burlesque celebrates president’s day with plenty of shakin’, a ‘babe-raham’ lincoln costume contest, a mount rushmore photo booth, and an inaugural undress. bell house, $10.

ALL WEEKEND
americana pie = 4 nights of americana, roots, alt country and bluegrass at southpaw. $10 adv/$15 dos sat, $20 sun.
