5. Unfair is the biggest rummage sale in Brooklyn, or so they claim. There’s only one way to find out, and that’s shopping there (Saturday)

6. Shop for the vegan in your life at the Say It Ain’t Snow Vegan Shop-Up at the Pine Box Rock Shop, because you don’t want to panic and accidentally buy them meat or cheese  (Saturday)

7. Learn to make some festive garlands at a free workshop at the Greenpoint Public Library then them on a Christmas tree, around your apartment or on your very tall roommates  (Saturday)

8. Three of Brooklyn’s best bloody marys will be served at Beast of Bourbon’s BBQ and Bloody Mary Lunch, and while they all come with food, that seems somehow less important at the moment (Saturday)

12. NYC makers and artisans will pack the Brooklyn Historical Society at the NYCreates Holiday Craft Market, and you don’t want to pass up on these historically significant objects, do you? (Saturday and Sunday)
