Bars We Love: Ahoy there, matey. It’s Anchored Inn!

by -

Anchored Inn
57 Waterbury St., at Scholes St.
(718) 576-3297

What is it: A nautical themed, food toting, heavy metal venue with an awesome rotating bunch of drafts.

Why we love it: Did you read the “what is it” section? Did you check out their menu and note the hot dog wrapped in bacon?

Who to bring: People not afraid of the industrial part of Bushwick– or those who need to grow a pair. It’s also a good place to bring that person you were cruising at 3rd Ward’s Drink and Draw since it’s around the corner.

What to order: Between 5-8pm there is a $12 beer and burger combo. The burgers are super good. You should probably add some Carmen Fries. And by fries I mean the shot and a beer combo.

Anchored Inn fun fact: The layout of Anchored Inn gives you ample room to admire the selection of velvet paintings and the full diver’s suit hanging from the wall.
