Free summer concerts are just the best, which is presumably why The L decided to grace us all with a free Walkmen show during Northside. But somehow that wasn’t enough for you, you always want more, and sure enough, you got it: Solange is playing for free at McCarren Park now too, on Sunday June 16, at 3pm.
As with the Walkmen concert, all you need to do is RSVP and then show up early to get in, because all badge holders are guaranteed entrance before lousy mooching freeloaders. Ah, just kidding, we love you guys. You could also just buy a badge so that you make sure you get in, even though the release of info on more awesome free things makes buying a badge an increasingly foolish decision. Well, unless you want to go to the things that aren’t free.
