10am-6pm: 10 blocks of Atlantic Avenue close to traffic for the massive 35th annual Atlantic Antic

ALL WEEKEND
2 film festivals hit the borough- Coney Island and Red Hook

WEDNESDAY
6pm: go canoeing on the Gowanus. Yup, the Gowanus. free
8pm: Y-Love, Describe and other BK Heeb-hoppers perform at Shemspeed’s  Sukkot party, Southpaw ($12 advance, $15 dos)

THURSDAY
7pm: watch singer Heather Greene perform while you sample Glenfiddich scotch whiskey at Union Hall, $12

   This Sunday is the 3rd avenue Festival in Bay Ridge, too — And Saturday is the Ragamuffin Parade.
