Some yard sales in Brooklyn just don’t live up to the name. A patch of cement is usually about all you can look forward to, or, ok, maybe a stoop. But Sunday’s yard sale in the Fiske Terrace section of Flatbush will be happening on some bona fide lawns, in front of some incredible-looking homes that alone are worth the trip. The annual multi-block yard sale is Sunday, May 2, from 9 to 4, between Ave. H and Glenwood Rd., from the Q/B train tracks to E. 19th St. We haven’t heard what’ll be out for sale, but those homes hold a lot of stuff.
