Enjoy vintage subway and bus rides through 12/30

If you’re feeling festive and nostalgic this holiday season, then taking a ride on a vintage train or bus is right up your alley. Celebrate New York City and vintage flair this month at the New York Transit Museum and explore a ride or two. And, if you have folks in town this holiday, this is also a fun little adventure for you all to experience.

For the cost of a MetroCard swipe, you can take a whirl on the Nostalgia Train. If you’re looking to leaving our bad ass borough, this is the excursion for you.

Where does the vintage train go? Nostalgia Train departs “from 2nd Avenue on the F line in Lower Manhattan and run along 6th Avenue in Manhattan to 47th-50th/Rockefeller Center before heading up the Central Park West line, where the train will stop at 59th St – Columbus Circle before making its way up to 125th St on the A/C/D lines in Harlem.”
