Today, the venerable Serious Eats noshing blog announces that they have found New York’s best bagel. And guess what! Their three-borough bagel survey crowns Bagel Hole in Park Slope as the champ. Our own Brokavore couldn’t agree more, which is why he came to that very same conclusion more than a week ago, sans the help of Serious Eats’ density calipers, flour-particle counts, fleet of ZipCars, and so on.
