  2. Brooklyn Tap House (Myrtle and Classon) opens at 4 with dollar tecates and dollar hot dogs.
    Fresh Fanatic (Park and Washington) is open and pretty well-stocked.

  3. Metropolitan City Market on Bedford and Monroe in Bed Stuy is open, and nearly fully stocked with everything from Beer to Avacado.
