  1. Milk Not Jails wants to improve the for dairy farmers in a really convoluted way. Instead, let’s employ prisoners on the nearby dairy farms for 30 cents/hour to improve profits. Then, if we arrest more and more people for petty crime, we’ll finally have all the sweet, sweet milk we could ever want. License plates are cheap for a reason.
