Taste Williamsburg Greenpoint Food Fest & Brooklyn’s Best has the kind of mouthwatering lineup that’ll have you salivating even on a full stomach. The festival is a reunion of sorts for Williamsburg and Greenpoint’s best food and drink offerings, bringing a handpicked selection of eateries to one place, once a year, for what is now the eighth year in a row.
The event features over 40 of the neighborhoods’ best bars and breweries, wineries and dineries, including Beer Book bars Brooklyn Brewery and MIDNIGHTS. As well, Nitehawk Cinema, St. Mazie, The Meatball Shop, Bedford Cheese Shop, Maison Premiere, and a host of others will be bringing their best to the fest.

The fun doesn’t stop at the food: there’ll be live music, demonstrations and other fun with some restaurant participants not yet announced.
All the food and games will cost you from $21 to $85, depending on how hungry you’re feeling and which ticket tier you buy into, each one offering a certain number of tastes and drinks. Feel free to splurge, as the proceeds from the event are all going to a good cause: Firehouse North Brooklyn Community Center at 134 Wythe Ave., a space nearly ready to open and created thanks in large part to money raised at TASTE.
Use the discount code TASTESNEWS17 to earn yourself a Brokelyn reader discount, and once you’ve bought a ticket head over to one of three Dime Community Bank branches (209 Havemeyer St., 814 Manhattan Ave., or 214 Bedford Ave.) to tack a free taste onto your ticket.
