We’re not the only ones who will dearly miss Gourmet magazine’s glorious covers. Today, Unbeige has a showcase of their top-10 favorites, including a 1952 issue featuring canard au sang (pressed duck), “with a frightened relative fleeing to warn the rest of the flock,” Unbeige writes.
