Beer is the drink that never goes out of season. It refreshes you in the summer, warms you in winter, and gives you that nice warm buzzy feeling every time in between. And just as the summer is drawing to a close, the Village Voice has announced this year’s lineup of breweries for the Brooklyn Pour, the annual craft beer festival that kicks off the autumn season.
Being the seasoned craft beer drinkers that you are, you probably won’t be surprised by any of the names on this list. But you should still be excited that there’s so much good beer concentrated in one place.
BK boasts participating breweries including, but sooo not limited to, Brooklyn, Braven, KelSo, Other Half, Sixpoint, Rockaway and Coney Island Brewing. Household names in craft like Singlecut, Allagash and Finback will also be around. Check out the full lineup here.
The shindig is due to go down Saturday, September 26 at the Brooklyn Expo Center (72 Noble Street), from 3pm-6pm. Gee, that’ll be a lot of good beer to guzzle taste in three hours.
