Garden level abode
Wow, a studio for 1k? We found it. You’ll live at approximately the edge of the universe without any pets. Cheap but boring AF. And, you know, no one will visit you.
A third floor walk up
Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Close to four subway lines and Prospect Park. Pets allowed. But, the kitchen area is… interesting.
Avoid the L train apocalypse
You can still hop on the L but this studio is also near the JMZ lines. The studio is rather small, but the kitchen is separate. Not too claustrophobic, eh?
Laundry in building
The kitchen needs updating but the space has nice hardwood floors.
Yeah, those counters look dusty as all get out. Hopefully, they’ll be cleaned when you move in. But, there’s some well-lit windows and hardwood floors too.
Brand new kitchen
Everything in the apartment looks updated and fresh. While there might be only two closets (from what we see in the photos), it’s a pretty sweet but cozy space.
