FACT: Halloween is the best holiday in all of New York City, due to the sheer glut of parties, events, pageantry and the general aura of mischief found city wide at the end of October. So to add to the spirit of strange times, Sara Antoinette, an apprentice at Brooklyn Tattoo on Smith Street, is offering special $31 Halloween tattoos throughout the whole month of October on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You have to pick a design from the sheet to the left, and can make an appointment by calling 718.643.1610 or by emailing sara.antoinette[at]gmail.com. Frightened? Don’t be: you can see Sara’s other work.
