Wouldn’t you just love an 8,000 square foot abode to call your own? So do we.
Well, if you have $10.9 million dollars to set on fire, to spare, then you have have your own dynamic, raucous party palace at 428 Troutman Street in Bushwick. The space is owned by Charlie Kaim, the owner of Grand Streets’s Maracuja Bar. What do you get for almost $11 million and 8,000 square feet? The building features a commercial bar with a 30 foot stage and there is a 1,400 square foot apartment above the bar. If you’re jonesing to start that hype and edgy music venue, then this is the spot for you.
But the real clincher is this: Kaim bought the space in 2011 for $900k. Yep. Let that sink in for a minute.
