This may be a first in our real estate listings: a one-bedroom apartment for $1,000. It’s at 48 Eldert St. (friend or foe, Bushwickians?), and there’s not much else about it in the listings, but it’s $1,000. For a one-bedroom that’s not a wreck. Even a tiny bit. Even the bathroom is decent:

• Here’s a one-plus-bedroom place in Park Slope for $1,650. It has a few quirks — odd refrigerator placement, interesting flooring — but the listing says it’s a “five room floor through” with a large eat-in kitchen, which sounds like a lot of space for the dough.

• Is this the ballroom or the living room? This two-bedroom in Bay Ridge is $1,900 for a stadium-sized living room, a couple of big-fat-looking bedrooms and a small outdoor seating area.

• We don’t see a lot of Red Hook action in these parts, but here’s a 500-square-foot studio for $1,800. Someone must be a good photographer because it looks like it’s about 2,000 square feet. The kitchen is pretty sweet too, even if there seems to be a piano in it.
