As far as jobs go, you could spend a lot of time twisting your ethics into place to work a gig like Starbucks or American Apparel. But we can all probably agree that the Brooklyn Public Library is a pretty wholesome place of employment, what with all its efforts to bring free knowledge (and even cheap book printing) to the masses. As you know, the library’s budget is always in danger, so it’s hiring a Government Relations & Advocacy Manager, which is the person in charge of running the grassroots campaign to fight for the library’s budget (and much more).
