Coney Island’s new Luna Park is set to open with 19 new rides today. Check out the Coney Island History Project’s free exhibit about the original, and take a free walking tour of the area’s remaining historic buildings, several of which are in danger of demolition (including where Harpo Marx first performed with brothers Groucho and Gummo)

Starts at 3pm: Zombie Crawl ! The undead drink booze, eat pizza and play games with the living. After party at Knitting Factory ($10) features The Undead (Bobby Steele, ex-Misfits), zombie movies with The Raspberry Brothers, ‘Thriller’ dancing and lots more.
MONDAY
2:30 pm: Lounge on your folding chair or blanket while you take in a concert of compositions by Green-Wood’s ‘permanent residents’ Ebb, Bernstein, Gottschalk and Jabara. Free.
