TONIGHT/TOMORROW: Bklyn Soul Fest = 2 days of old-school brilliance at the Bell House. Otis Clay, Maxine Brown, Sweet Divines, more. 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., advanced tix $15/day, $25/both days. Vinyl-and-vintage clothing fair, Saturday from 11 to 5.
