Teddy’s Bar and Grill in Williamsburg is one of those rare few places that has been pouring beer for locals since your pappy’s pappy was in skinny jeans. The 125-year-old pub at the corner of N. 8th and Berry is keeping up its tradition of the local scene: the bar announced on twitter last week that local Brooklyn musicians can get a free beer if they bring in their CD for the bar’s jukebox. So to get this straight: a bar wants to reward you for the chance to give you exposure on their jukebox. Too bad no one in Williamsburg is in a band or likes to drink.
