Today’s apartment hunt, spotlighting 2BR rentals in Windsor Terrace and Bed-Stuy (cause that’s where the action is this week) kicks off in WT, where you get stained glass windows, a shared backyard, a three-block walk to the F and G and a decent-looking kitchen for $1,800. Here are four more:

This place on Putnam Ave. in Bed-Stuy is only $1,200 a month, and it’s got “stainless steel appliances, a skylight in the kitchen, new fixtures, hardwood floors, a spacious king/queen size bedroom plus a cozy second bedroom that can also be used as a den.” But it’s “not cable ready.” As we always say, screw cable anyway.

You can “bring your cat” to this Windsor Terrace spread, along with your roller-derby team and your vintage bicycle collection, and you’ll still have room to host living room bikram classes. It’s $2,400 and three blocks from the F.
________________
We don’t get too many of these new construction jobbies on the lower end of the price range, but here’s a glass-and-steel 2BR in Bed-Stuy for $2,350 a month. Yes, there’s an entire apartment attached to this bathroom, but this was the best photo. Yes, let’s hear it for non-scuzzy, spooge-free new bathrooms! Plus a gym in the building.

Finally, the magic four: 2BR/2BA in Bed-Stuy, with what they call curb appeal on those TLC shows, except in New York it’s front door appeal. What’s behind the front door? Find out here.
