Do or Dine, the Bed-Stuy purveyor of foie-gras donuts located in a spot where Biggie used to freestyle, is celebrating its one-year anniversary on Sunday. To mark the occasion, the restaurant is dressing up in drag of one of its favorite restaurants by recreating David Chang’s original Momofuku Noodle Bar menu from seven years ago, including the original prices. That original menu included $3 PBRs, $7 shredded pork ramen and $8 ginger scallion noodles. And since Chang revealed at GoogaMooga he almost never comes to Brooklyn, this might be as good as you get ’round these parts.
