Skateboarding may not be a crime, but sneaking on to people’s roofs and skating on them definitely is. Still, this footage from skate video Tengu: God of Mischief that Gothamist dug up is still really freaking cool. Director Colin Reed spent two years collecting the footage of the illicit skateboarding on various Brooklyn roofs, but that patience paid off in a pretty great video featuring tricks not just on the roofs, but along their edges as well. Reed told Gothamist that no one fell off any roofs, though as you can see in the video, at least one skateboard took a plunge off the edge.
