OK, Brokelyn has a serious crush on another blog, that one where the guy from Williamsburg deconstructs fast food meals then puts them back together again as gourmet-looking meals. So the second we noticed a new recipe on the site, we had to tell you all about it. It’s called The Colonel’s Chicken Corn Chowder, and it’s made from KFC chicken, corn, potato wedges, cole slaw and organic chives (for garnish and a touch of irony.) Delish! Read our interview with the “chef” and see the rest of his creations on his blog, www.fancyfastfood.com.
