Who doesn’t love a good lottery story? Today’s big winner is 19-year-old Brooklynite Waquas Mazhar, who just won the New York Millionaire scratch-off game. Mazhar, who moved to Midwood from Pakistan five years ago, is a Kingsborough Community College student who shares a bedroom with three siblings, reports the Daily News, which he’s going to continue doing.
