I watched this last night and died laughing! SOOOO GOOD!
Heh. Love Lewis Black. More clearly though, he’s not hating on actual artisan products that are actually made using traditional methods like the people profiled in the linked New York Magazine cover article; he’s hating on macroproducers like Dunkin Donuts and Domino’s appropriating the word “artisan” and using it disingenuously to move product.
