In search of BK’s bottomless brunches

Those glasses don't empty at the V Spot. Via Flickr user juttonmutton

We love bringing you all the best in broke-vestigative journalism, but sometimes someone beats us to the punch. We would be remiss, then, to not point our readers over to Wined & Dined, which put together an Ultimate Guide to NYC’s All-You-Can-Drink, Unlimited, Boozy, Endless Brunches, an extensive list (and map) of all the  places you can while away a Sunday morning downing glass after glass of mimosa. It includes seven Brooklyn spots: Piquant, Sarah James, Cafecita Bogota, Sotto Voce, People’s Republic of Brooklyn, Scottadito Osteria Toscana and the Lovin Cup Cafe. We know they missed at least one: The V Spot offers a $10 all-you-can-drink mimosa deal. But what else in Brooklyn did they overlook?

  • the missed "The Spot" in Prospect Heights. Food is not always awesome, but the drinks are most definitely unlimited.

  • Sadly, SarahJames closed down earlier in the winter. They say they hope to open up with new management, but I haven't heard anything yet.

  • Los Pollitos III has brunch for $10.95 that includes unlimited mimosas or bloody marys. Their food is good, and they have fresh squeezed oj

  • You are missing Marias Bistro in Sunset Park on 39th and 5th. Saturday and Sunday till 4pm for $11 you get unlimited mimosas, or Bloody Marias with some amazing Mexican breakfast foods. its really amazing!
