So maybe you guys have heard that we have a bit of weather rolling in? We’ll have no trains and no busses, and if the direst predictions of our weather people are to come to pass, Brooklyn will resemble Waterworld by the time the sun rises on Thursday. But for as long as the internet is working, Brokelyn is here to be your one-stop Sandy news center. Got a picture of empty grocery store shelves except for a box of Entemann’s powdered donuts? Hear about a bar having a hurricane party? Or happen to find a grocery store that’s actually open? Catch someone swimming up Greene Avenue on a surfboard or homemade canoe? Share it in the comments, tweet it at us, holler at our Facebook page and we’ll share it with the world. In the meantime, we’ll be here, holed up with a bottle of rum and updating all day, with news from every neighborhood that we can get word from.
