Curbed has a new video series, Neighborhood Crashers, where they go around asking resident of a neighborhood what they think of said neighborhood. They started in Park Slope, as good a place to start as any. While their interviewer, Will Garré, found some stereotypes like vegans, huge liberals (“They weren’t disappointed Bush was elected, more that Nader wasn’t elected” one resident explained) and people talking about double-wide strollers, the mom constantly fidgeting with her kid was the real star of the show. Get her a TV show where different people ask her about things, but she can also answer the question while holding her kid. Come on Hollywood, do this for us.
