Prepare your paperwork and cross your fingers: Another affordable housing lottery is open to application in Brooklyn. They’re coming in at ludicrous speed recently.

This time it’s in Crown Heights at 267 Rogers Ave., a former church lot turned fully affordable development, with 80 percent Department of Homeless Services-referred homeless families and 20 percent households with income requirements. A cloud of controversy surrounded the five-story development’s construction.
