One Christmas break, I tried to educate my southern brother-in-law on the trendy food fad of chocolate-covered bacon. Unfortunately, my attempt to recreate the amazing combination of salty meat and sweet chocolate was foiled by using hickory smoked bacon. Someone got me this for my birthday, but I have yet to try it!
I *personally* prefer their bacon chocolate bars over the pancake mix (plus, it’s cheaper). Just sayin!
I’ve also heard of the first French macarons with bacon cream center.
