thru 1/17: bam’s 25th annual brooklyn tribute to dr. martin luther king, jr. features exhibitions, music, more. free.

8pm: indie pop rockers the american darlings grace bar matchless with their infectious hooks and good looks. $8.

9pm: secret formula’s ’90s sing-along features three hours of subtitled music vids of your favorite hits – from *nsync to smashing pumpkins. plus a hip-hop dance off, costume contests (with prizes!) + drink deals. legion, free.

SATURDAY

5-10pm: enjoy $1 bluepoint oysters, $2 bowls of chowder, and 6 little neck clams for $4 at the brazen head’s tri-annual clam shuck.

9pm: underground rebel bingo ain’t your grandparents’ bingo. dancing, drinking… bingo! public assembly, $15.

11pm: dance the cold night away at snow jams as djs jinners + panda porn mcawesome spin hip-hop, indie rock, more. $5 drink specials. union hall, free.
