Between today and Valentine’s Day, every time you spend at least $14 at any of the participating businesses, you get a raffle ticket for the BID’s Spending Spree Raffle. First place wins $1,000, with $800 for second and $500 for third. Participating businesses include Cog & Pearl; Red, White and Bubbly; S’Nice, and many more.
