		<description><![CDATA[Being a Republican in the liberal bastion of New York City must get frustrating some times. You&#8217;re outnumbered 6 to 1, and your own national party just knifed you in the ribs for basically no reason. Still, this is America, where everyone&#8217;s entitled to their political beliefs. More importantly, this is Brooklyn, where everyone&#8217;s entitled to a drink and a good time. Recognizing that, the Brooklyn Young Republican Club is having a party. Proving that conservatives have just as much taste as liberals, the party is being held at DUMBO hotspot reBar, on Wednesday. They&#8217;re graciously buying the first round if become a new member or renew your membership, which is the kind of deal making sadly missing on Capitol Hill nowadays. They&#8217;re getting there at 6:30pm and will be there until 9.
