As part of the Brooklyn Boulders belay staff, you’ll be responsible for things like customer intake, showing climbers to terrain that fits their skill level so they don’t quit because it’s too damn hard, getting people harnessed up and being an ambassador for BKBKids. That one sounds pretty important, because you’ll need to keep them engaged and also balance interacting with both kids and their lame-ass parents, but without mentioning to the parents that they’re lame because they’re olds.
