Calling all couples and those looking for love – November 30 through December 9 Queens Theatre is bringing to NYC a show that doesn’t hide behind the fluffy, mushy romance of what the world hopes marriage to be. You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up! is a new comedy based on the dysfunctional marriage of the writers, Annabelle Gurwitch (Dinner and a Movie, Fired!) and Jeff Kahn (Ben Stiller Show, Forty Year Old Virgin), who expose the raw and untold truth of ‘til death do us part.’ this hilarious new comedy is sure to strike both laughter and terror into the hearts of any couple by offering a hilarious glimpse into a relationship that seems doomed by opposing personalities from the start. Gurwitch and Kahn’s delightfully crazy lifestyle manages to keep their relationship intact, up-ending every idea you ever had about living ‘happily ever after’.

“So funny because it’s so accurate. Kahn and Gurwitch illuminate the insanity of marriage.  They make you want to embrace your spouse for the same reason you want to strangle them.” -Ben Stiller
