Red Hook American Summer.

You can often see Spike Lee walking around the corner of Fulton and Lafayette in Fort Greene, but to see a sneak peek of his new film Red Hook Summer, you’ll have to go into the city. Spike is doing a “meet the filmmaker” thing tonight at the newly reopened Soho Apple Store. It’s free and starts at 7pm. Oh when is Brooklyn finally going to get an Apple store?!? Smash the window, Spike! (Note: please do not smash the window). Red Hook Summer is out in NYC Aug. 10.
