Coming soon in 2016: the 2nd annual Queens Beer Book.
Coming soon in 2016: the 2nd annual Queens Beer Book.

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably heard of the Brooklyn Beer Book, our guide to all places craft beer, snacks and backyards in Brooklyn (which, by the way, we still have a few copies of on sale). But did you know that Brokelyn also publishes a Queens Beer Book? That’s right, we’ve gotten to know our way around the beer scene in Queens, and we’re seeking nominations for your favorite spots to be considered for the second annual edition. Tell us which bars you want to see included!

The 2015 Queens Beer Book looked like this. Rad!
The 2015 Queens Beer Book looked like this. Awesome!

ICYMI: last year, we published the first-ever Queens Beer Book, giving NYC beer drinkers a resource for the best beer bars, breweries and beer-centric eateries in Queens. (In fact, it was so good, NY1 news even did a TV segment on it. Hi, Mom!)

From Long Island City to Forest Hills to Ridgewood and a few in between, we covered the craftiest neighborhoods claiming a stake in the New York beer scene: breweries like SingleCut, Finback, Rockaway Brewing Co. and the LIC Beer Project were among the ranks of bold beer makers, alongside excellent beer and grub purveyors like Alewife NYC, Sunswick 35/35 and Station House. (See the full list and bar guide here.)

I love everything about the Queens Beer Book!
I’d be thrilled to see Diamond Dogs, Halsey’s Tavern, The Strand, Sweet Afton, and The Bonnie in this year’s edition.
    Cheers to Queens beer!
