We previously alerted you to the deal at Full Circle Bar where you get a free beer with your ticket stub from Williamsburg Cinemas. Have you done it yet? You should, it’s a great cheap date, especially if you catch the all-day matinee prices on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now Wiliamsburg’s Southern-fried food purveyors Pies ‘n’ Thighs have gotten in on the fun: you now get a free drink with your ticket stub from the theatre.

Dinner and movie suddenly seems cheaper. Or, you now have even more of a reason to pop in if you’re the kind of person who likes to get a piece of pie and talk about the movie after you’ve seen it. The free drink can be anything, they aren’t lame and restrict you to just a lemonade or something, so feel free to get a beer. As with Full Circle Bar, the deal is only good for a same-day ticket stub, so don’t think you can game the system by hoarding them. And you shouldn’t try that anyway, since everyone is being so darn nice about everything.
