The slogan of Hill Country Barbecue Market is “honoring the barbecue & live music capital of Texas since 2007.” Its downtown Brooklyn branch, located in a soaring two-story space at 345 Adams Street, brings that same mix of excellent barbecue and world-renowned music.

Austin, TX is Hill Country’s spiritual epicenter and Hill County LIVE showcases the same American Roots Music found in Texas and beyond, including: Honky Tonk, Western Swing, Rockabilly, Roots Rock, Americana, Bluegrass and Blues.

Hill Country features artists five nights a week during its 5 to 7 p.m. happy hour, and hosts bigger acts in its upstairs space. On December 11, the Emmy-nominated, Brooklyn-based Gangstagrass will be bringing their unique mix of bluegrass and hip-hop to Hill Country.
