Wellness Unlocked: An All Day Intensive For Your Mind, Body, And Spirit

Join us for a body-stretching, mind-opening, and soul soothing Sunday starting at 10:30 and going until 5:00 PM. From Yoga to nutrition to writing this work shop is sure to leave you recharged and refreshed. Below is our schedule for the day:

10:30 AM – Doors Open, Welcome, Tea
Meet the students and teachers over a refreshing morning tea.

11:00 AM -1PM – Yoga For All
Yoga culture teaches us that we are all evolved spiritual beings with many wonderful qualities such as compassion, gratitude, and generosity. In this workshop, we will explore these qualities and find ways to open up our hearts and minds to new people and experiences through our practice.
This workshop includes Kirtan and a brief philosophy discussion, followed by a gentle but challenging Asana practice and ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Nourishing Vegan Lunch

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – How to Detox the Holistic Way
This hour long interactive workshop will address how to Detox the holistic way: body, mind, and spirit. Packed with tools and insights to help you detox your body and life from the inside out while adding in the necessary things YOU need for a healthy and satisfying life, this workshop will leave you feeling enlightened, energized, and powerful. We’ll explore Acid/alkaline guidelines, the effects a detox has on a cellular level in the body, and guidelines for reducing stress on the mind and body.

3:00-5:00pm The Happiness Exploration
Happiness. We all want it but what exactly is it and how can we find it? This class explores how to best deal with the curve balls “life” throws at all of us. There will be fun games, questions, discussions, laughter, a little yoga/meditation, and lots of play.
Things to bring to the workshop:
A journal and pen for notes.
One question you’d like to explore. (Seriously, any question)
And most of all, bring an open heart and mind.
Includes lunch and a yoga mat for the day.
