Come out this Wednesday for a guided meditation at the back room of Muchmores 5:30-6:30!
It is donation based, I ask that you give whatever you can afford and come as you are!
We will use water as a visual aid, water has calming effects on both body and mind. We’ll discuss the principles of water we can embody through our practice.
Exploring breath, visual, eye, and alignment techniques designed to increase conscious awareness and receptivity. The session will be followed by sharing our experience. Looking forward to seeing you there!
