University of New Hampshire MFA Alumnae Reading

Come celebrate the work of three University of New Hampshire MFA alumnae! Featuring poets MRB Chelko, Sarah Stickney and Jess Feldman. Chapbooks by these poets will be available for sale at this reading.
MRB Chelko is the recipient of a Poetry Society of America Chapbook Fellowship for Manhattations (PSA, 2014). A faculty mentor in the low-residency MFA program of The New Hampshire Institute of Art, Chelko also serves as associate editor of the unbound journal Tuesday; An Art Project. She lives in New York City.
Sarah Stickney received her MFA from the University of New Hampshire. A former Fulbright Grantee for the translation of Italian poetry, her co-translations of Elisa Biagini’s selected poems, The Guest in the Wood, was chosen by the University of Rochester for its Best Translated Book Awward in 2014. Her poems and translations have appeared in La Questione Romantica, Rhino, The Portland Review, Drunken Boat and others. She lives in Annapolis, MD and teaches at St. John’s College.
Jess Feldman’s poetry has appeared in HOUSEGUEST, Transom, Tuesday; An Art Project and elsewhere. Her manuscript “Call It a Premonition” was chosen by Zachary Schomburg as winner of the 2015 BOAAT Winter Chapbook Competition. Jess is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s MFA program and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
