The Unfolding: a workshop in Embodied Presence with Sandrine Harris

The Unfolding is a embodied experience through gentle movement, breathwork and mindful practice. Would you like to tune in, reduce your feelings of stress, and reconnect with your body? Would you like to explore the benefits of mindfulness meditation in a peaceful setting, with a small group of like-minded folks? Please join Sandrine on Thursday, February 2nd at Help Your Self, for 2 hours of quiet practice and nurturing the inner landscape. During this workshop, you’ll awaken to your wholeness in the present moment, with support for your process and take-home tips to keep exploring.
Register online and come join us! Open to all, including those who are curious about and new to meditation. Foundational practices will be offered as a way of tuning in to the landscape of sensing and awareness.

Sandrine is passionate about the connection between awareness, movement, and the workings of the mind. She is a mindfulness meditation facilitator, Feldenkrais practitioner, and dancer, offering a dynamic learning process, accessible to people from all walks of life. She is thrilled to offer this workshop at Help Your Self, in the heart of Greenpoint.
