| Free
wnbaNewYorkCity

In today’s complex world, poetry has the unique power to convey emotion and facilitate change. Please join us for an evening of powerful poetry and conversation with 6 preeminent poets. Each poet will read and discuss how they use poetry to educate, advocate and influence others.

Moderated by WNBA Award winner Amy King, the panel will include renowned poets Camille Rankine (Incorrect Merciful Impulses), Deborah Poe (the last will be stone, too), Rosebud Ben-Oni (Solecism), Ellease Ebele Oseye (Let the Lion Eat Straw), and Melissa Studdard (I Ate the Cosmos for Breakfasts).

Free to everyone! Join us for refreshments and an unforgettable night of poetry.

Organized in conjunction with Pace University’s Women & Gender Studies, English departments, and the M.S. in Publishing Program.
