Golden liquid
Precious Moroccan Olive Oils are showcased this year. The EACCE presents local producers with hundreds of years of experience in the olive growing fields. Only time and patience allow for extracting the highest quality of these oils, mainly located in the dry areas of the Kingdom. In Moroccan culture, the olive tree is a recurring symbol of fertility and health. Scientific research is still exploring its full potential. These oils are also used for beauty care purposes. Besides its cosmetic use, the Olive Oil has powerful antioxidant and medicinal virtues, it makes the ideal staple for vegan, vegetarian, low-carb, gluten-free, and Paleo diets.

Organic & vegan products locally produced
The iconic vegan couscous will also take over a few booths, as it is one of the country’s key heritage dishes. Couscous producers have now years of experience in the American market and are thrilled to further develop their contacts with clients and distributors.

The big blue
With its 2,240 miles of littoral, Morocco brings sea products such as bone-in sardines a Paleo friendly product with excellent source of calcium, vitamins D and oligo-elements.

Between innovation and tradition

EACCE – Independent Institution for Exports Control and Coordination has selected producers and businesses merging innovation and tradition. These companies were selected for their business value and their efforts to crafting natural and organic products.
