In Moroccan culture, the olive tree is a recurring symbol of fertility and health. Scientific research is still exploring its full potential. These oils are also used for beauty care purposes. Besides its cosmetic use, the Olive Oil has powerful antioxidant and medicinal virtues, it makes the ideal staple for vegan, vegetarian, low-carb, gluten-free, and Paleo diets.
Organic & vegan products locally produced
The iconic vegan couscous will also take over a few booths, as it is one of the country’s key heritage dishes. Couscous producers have now years of experience in the American market and are thrilled to further develop their contacts with clients and distributors.
The big blue
