The Art of Pho – Part Deux Dinner Pop Up

The Art of Pho was first launched June 13, 2015, and it sold out all 3 seatings! It was exciting and wonderful to see all my guests appreciate and enjoy the food. It was a great experience, and guest what? We are doing it again.
On August 15, 2015, we are debuting a new menu for the dinner pop up.
August 2015 Dinner Pop Up Menu
Bo Bia – Cured Chinese sausage, dried shrimps, egg, jicama, carrots, lettuce, and fragrant herbs wrapped in Rice Paper
Rice Paper Salad – A popular street food in Vietnam! Rice paper, dried shrimp and beef jerky, fragrant herbs, shredded green mangoes, carrots, and green apples, and quail eggs, tossed in a lemongrass chili oil and tamarind soy dressing.
Lamb Pho – Fragrant 16 hour broth with sliced lamb shank, tender rare lamb, and spiced meatballs. Garnished with cilantro, scallions, red onions, basil, and lime wedge.
Coconut sweet rice and taro with caramelized bananas and crushed peanuts
(2) Refreshing Watermelon Lime Spritzer
Each guest will be served with 2 spritzers. However, feel free to BYOB!
The entire menu is gluten free! I can also accommodate Vegan/Vegetarians. Please specify at the time of booking.
