Mar 7, 2015 @ 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm

| $5
rsz_tedxxx1

If you didn’t get enough knowledge (or alcohol) at the second edition, return to TEDxxx to think even harder under the influence as writers and comedians get drunk (you can legally drive or give a talk, but you can’t do both), then give full PowerPoints delving even deeper into the most important questions.

Past talks have included:

“Get Off My Dick: How Masculinist Fashion Trends Like Health Goth and Athleisure are Pillaging the Streets and Destroying America’s Youth.”
“Unconscious Uncoupling: A Freudian Analysis of GOOP”
“Katie Got Brandz: Drilling Deep Into The Secrets of Corporate Twitter Accounts”

Lineup:
Rembert Browne – “Shad to Sean: Tracking Constant Name Changes, Acting, Starting Liquor Companies, and Caring About Skin Care as the One True Route to Vampiric Relevance”

Christine Friar – “Me As Fuck: Reading the Signs that Koko the Gorilla is Actually a Tumblr Teen”

Amanda Hess – “Love, #Actually: A Neesonian History of Mansplaining”

Foster Kamer – “On Cultural Hijacking and Mass Inception (or: Why “Some Nights” Is A Terrorist Anthem)”

Josh Terry – “Sexual Dysfunction and Adult Contemporary: I Don’t Know Why I Didn’t Come”

Emily Yoshida
